RETURNING AN ITEM FOR REFUND

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We understand that there may be times when you want to return something you’ve bought and we are here to help you out.

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order you need to send an email to our Customer Support Team at info@myhappydeals.ae with your order number, mentioning the items you wish to return. Mention the reason for return, (Return: Except Attars & Perfumes)
  • Returnable item must be in Original packing & resalable condition.
  • We will arrange collection for the item(s) you want to return but the Currier charges (AED 10) needs to be bear by customer.
  • Free 14 days free exchange in case of manufacturing defects. (Except Attars & Perfumes)
  • Products under one year warranty can also be returned for free repair (from the date of invoice till one year)
    • Upon verifying the physical condition & the defect next process will initiate.
    • In case the returned product is not reparable substitute product will be provided.
    • In case substitute product is also not available product purchase price will be return.
  • The entire refundable amount will be process in the way you have made the initial payment.
    e. cash payments will be returned in Cash & Card Payments will be returned in card within 14 working days maximum.
  • In all the return & exchange Original Invoice (warranty certificate if applicable) must be presented at the time of return to verify the product is bought from My Happy Deals only.
  • We do best care of our customers but, In case of any dispute My Happy Deals has the final right to take the last decision.
