Shipping Policy

Delivery in the UAE only: We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Free delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders of AED 99 and above, including free cash on delivery (COD).

Please note that on average it takes 2 to 4 business days to process your order before shipping it out. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible! Delivery time depends on your location in the UAE. Please note that any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact the delivery time.

For pre-order or backorder items:
If your order contains a pre-order or backorder item, we will ship all available items immediately and ship pre-order or backorder items immediately when they become available. So if you ordered more than one item in a single order and only receive part of your item, don't worry, you will receive the other items shortly after.

Tracking Your Order:
We deliver with TFM. Once your order ships, you will receive your TFM tracking ID and a TFM link, so you can track your parcel directly on TFM.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to appear.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Returns:
We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. Please see our Refund Policy for more information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

My Happy Deals is responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us right away at rehan.rktradingllc@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971 52 337 8600 and we will help resolve it.
